Clarity

  • 1.  CAPPM 15.3 turn on

    Hi,

     

    We upgraded to 15.3 three weeks ago but we can´t see the changes.  Apparently is is necessry to set some variables in the cloud. Some body can help us? Which criteria are necessary to get that

    Please elaborate on how you did the upgrade and how do you establish that is actually done.

    Normally you have a specific version running and that is it. There are no parameters or option to run another version.

    If you have multiple systems (with different) versions up then you have different URLs for them.

    We can´t see the new user experience. We only see the classical view

    Try accessing http(s)://<servername>/pm , if you are redirected to Classic PPM, then it might be the case that New UI is not yet enabled(that's the default behavior). It can be activated from Administration-> System Options. 

    Once activated, you might have to create a Link to the same using Menu Manager.

    So if you click About in the toolbar it shows your version is 15.3?

    If you have the new UX you activate that in Administration > System Options

    You should go through the release notes and change and impacts.

    Those would tell you more about the changes regarding the new UX. There are also rights involved.

    Note that if your URL for the classic UI is

    <server name>/niku/nu

    for the new UX it is

    <server name>/pm
