When debugging a policy is there a way to not catch the preflight call? Right now when using the debugger I try to start the debugger after the preflight has occurred but before the actual request has happened, but this is not reliable.

Unfortunately the only way that the service debugger will work is to accept the call to the service that arrives on the gateway that you are connected to with the policy manager. I would recommend that you open an Idea on this need to bypass or ignore certain calls.
