  • 1.  Window 10 1709 lock screen  RC in change User and logoff

    Hi, 

    Error Remote control lock sceen  where  Change User.

    1- Screen locks only the Remote control View

    2- The mouse end keyboaard  ok and screen lock 


    3- For non-user hangs on the login screen,

    4- Problem in all windows 10 1709 my environment

     

    example Send video

    I was able to identify the windows 10 below that are not working.

    1703 1709

     

    Windows 10 with the version below and it works.

    1511 1607

    There are definite issue with Remote Control and Windows 10,

    Microsoft keeps changing the methods and drivers they use for Remote Control.

     

    Your best bet is to change the following configuration Policy

     

    DSM\ Remote Control\Host\Video Capture\ Video Capture Mode from Auto to Polling

    Enable Enhanced Driver Capture = false

    Video capture mode = polling
