  • 1.  IdM 12.6 force inbound synchronization

    Hi all. I have this scenario. For some reason, notifications from ps to im were not working since many days. I could fix this issue, and cleared notification's entries on dxserver.

     

    Now I have several users as global users on provisioning directory, with their accounts. But they are not in the identity manager user store. Is some way to force a complete synchronization from provisioning server/directory to the identity manager user store?

    Support case 00914542 opened for this. If the notification was deleted there won't be a way to regenerate that notification. You may have to review the provisioning user object and then manually created the corresponding IM user object.

    Thanks Kenny. I will make a diff for missed users, delete them without deleting target user, and then re run a correlation.
