  • 1.  SQL Server 2016? Always-On Availability Group?

    Hi All,

     

    Does anyone know if SQL 2016 and SQL Always-On Availability Groups will be supported in the next release of SOI? We need to migrate our current SOI environment to different servers and would like to know if we should wait for the next release or not.

    I don't know when this'll be supported. I have forwarded the question to our Product Manager. As soon as I hear from him I'll let you know.

    Hi All,

     

    There is a performance challenge in SOI for SQL Always On. Therefore, we are looking for alternate solution for it like migrating to elastic as part of next generation SOI.
