    Hi,

i am trying to find how to get alarm when my Tunnel Client is down, but need some help in configuring the same.

I have create a AO profile in the Primary Hub NAS and on that configured Queue in the subsystem string.

when i disconnected the Tunnel cleint from the network i am getting the alarm, but it is coming as Information.

can some one tell me how to change it to critical and where i have to do it,.

         Or

Is there a better way of monitoring my Tunnel Client .

    Hi,

    several options for this:

    1. you can you raise the severity of your Informational alarm via AO profile.

    2. you can also monitor hub logs via logmon to detect log messages related to tunnel disconnections.

    3. you can run the hub callback "tunnel_get_info" to get the status of a tunnel.

    Hello,

You can try to use the interface_traffic:
Monitor key interfaces for discards/errors, e.g., hub/tunnel machines

OR try to customize a NAS script based on the tunnel client.

NAS script to ping inactive robots to check if just robot or robot and server are down
