  • 1.  Xsuite license is invalid and access service disable

    Customer is having license issue and not able to click access tab.

     

    following error was seen "Xsuite license is invalid and access services are now disabled. Please contact your Xceedium Account Representative."

     

    Devices and credential manage counts not exceed limit, but time in sysinfo is 2004 which is not correct obviously.

     

    Is license expired or something? or what might be go wrong in here?

    Hi Songzhe Huang,

     

    You may need to check Config -> Datetime and update it with proper time or set up NTP. once you update it, log out and log in to see if it is showing properly. license issue must be related to this.
