Symantec Privileged Access Management

Has anyone seen the issue after upgrading from 2.8.3 to 3.0.1 where the CIFS session is mounted but not available? My server where the data store is locates is up and running however the data is encrypted with Vormetric. It was encrypted prior to upgrade and never had an issue with it.

Hello Daniel, We are not aware of this being a common problem. If you continue to see it, please open a support case. did you try re-entering the configuration and making sure that the version selection is right? There is a change in 3.0.1 in that session recording files are now encrypted once the recording is complete. But that should not impact share availability.
