We have changed the name of a business service in the CEM (from "Límite" to "Limite") but it is not updated in the Introscope. Someone could tell me why it is.
I have to restart the MOM.
Is this RTTM or problem resolution triage (CEM transaction trace) that we are talking about? Can you provide a screen shot from host on down where the old CEM Business Service appears? Then we may better understand why
Sometimes restarting MOM/TCS refreshes the list and make it appear.
Has anyone else seen this and resolved it? If so, what did you do?
