  • 1.  Catalog Custom Status in Mobile

    Posted Dec 15, 2017 01:04 PM

I configured custom status in service catalog.

The statuses are working well in Catalog and USS Interfaces.

But when I access the offering with mobile this custom status apears as undefined.

It can be configured to resolve this in mobile?

Have you checked that it's showing in the same locale? status files come in different languages, and you need to define the status in each one of the locales you are using, otherwise it will show undefined.

Not 100% sure it's that, but I've seen that behavior and it happens when that is not defined. So check if the mobile interface you are testing it's in the same locale from the desktop you are testing service catalog directly.

    Hope it works!

    Good Morning Paulo.

After researching for this, I opened the SM17.0 wifi page.
And then searched in there, for .catalog mobile'.

The following page I then opened and found/read:
    https://docops.ca.com/ca-service-management/17-0/en/using/mobility/ca-service-management-mobile-application/verify-the-prerequisites-for-ca-service-management-mobile-application/deploy-mobile-access-for-ca-service-catalog
Deploy Mobile Access for CA Service Catalog

    And after scrolling done:
    Customizations That Are not Supported
Mobile services do not support the following customizations:
    - Custom approval statuses
    - Use only default approval statuses for mobile services.
    - Tiered service option groups

Please check on the above and let me know your fidings.
    Thanks and kind regards, Louis.
