  • 1.  Scheduled report not running

    Has anyone else had this issue...

    we have a PM that has 3 reports scheduled to run at the same time on Fridays. It has been hit or miss that he actually gets all three emailed to him. Last week was good as he received all three emailed but only 1 was sent again today.

    Any thoughts???

    May be hitting misfire when multiple reports go to the Jaspersoft Scheduler at the same time and one or two do not run. You could try scheduling reports in a staggered manner each to run about 5 minutes apart.

    I agree with Michael, we have see timing issues with scheduled reports.  He also might want to set up a notification on failure of each of the reports.  The email on failure might give a clue to what is happening.

    You could also check the "Last Ran" date in Advanced Reporting , to see if the schedules are running at all.
