  • 1.  UIM support for the Huawei Storage Array Probe/Plug-in

    Dear Sir/Madam

    we are looking for ways to make UIM to support the Huawei Storage Array(monitor/analysis/management or

     

    more), corrently we have the following model:

    OceanStor V3 Series(SAN and NAS)

    OceanStor V5 Series(SAN and NAS)

    OceanStor Dorado5000(SAN)

    OceanStor Dorado6000(SAN)

    and

    OceanStor 9000(NAS)

    from the self test with the snmp, it shows the UIM not support the snmp table query.

     

    so is there any way we can follow to make this ready?

    Hello!

     

    Can you please check if you will get any information using the SNMPCollector.

    If need a new Certification, please open a CA support Ticket.

     

    You can check if your Devices are certified by SNMPCollector at: UIM SNMP Device Support 

     

    If you need a New Storage Probe for this kind of management, you can open an Idea/enhancement request here at the community, or Engage CA Services to customize a new probe for you.

    I can see you have opened a case 00920845, 00920846, 00920842, 00920844  with ca support for the same, hence closing this thread.
