How can I create an API key in the Sandbox environment?  

To use rally web service of Sandbox environment, we need an API Key to validate our request.

We have used below link to generate Key in PROD environment:

https://rally1.rallydev.com/login/accounts/index.html#/keys

But in sandbox similar URL is not working, it is giving page not found error.

https://sandbox.rallydev.com/login/accounts/index.html#/keys

Unfortunately API keys are not supported in the Sandbox environment. In order to access and modify data in the Sandbox environment via the API a security token must be used. The tech article found here has some information that may help How to create and update an artifact in sandbox via WS API
