  • 1.  Slow Introscope

    Hi, 

     

    Our Introscope is very slow lately, we are in an expansion process of monitoring adding several apps in last months, now when we open an Investigator or Team Center APM takes about a minute or more to display the screen. 

    I'm investigating about performance in EM and I put focus in "Overall Capacity %" and took a screenshot for a week period and this metric looks like this:

     

     

    I see a lot of spikes around 100% even more, but as they are not permanent I guess it's not a problem.

     

    What is your opinion about that?

    Hi Osvaldo,

     

    It looks like you might be experiencing more metrics.  I also noticed your APM Status Console icon is red.  Please check that and see what the issues may be.

     

    If you're adding more apps and expanding, it may be that the EM's are struggling to handle the new load.  I would check heap size and make sure the Xmx and Xms are the same value.
