    Hello Sudheer,

     

    I will suggest you to have look at ARCHMGR.OUT file under "$SPECROOT/SSS/DDM/ARCHMGR.OUT", which holds the information about Archive manger. Make sure this log file does not hold any error. Else the Archive manager will not get started.
