  • 1.  Creating Change Order from Incident - Modifying Description

    When a Problem is created from an Incident, text is added to the description in the Problem "created from Incident #####" .  I know this is done from frm002 in detail_in.htmpl and this is where you'd make a change to the fields set in a Problem when created from an Incident.  I cannot find anything similar for creating a Change from and Incident.  We'd like to have the description in the change updated the same way it is in a problem adding "created from Incident ####" but I can't find where to do this.  Anyone have any ideas?

    Interesting that question didn't come up when I did a search.  Yes, that's absolutely what I needed.  It worked like a charm.  Thanks!
