Is there some way to deactivate in an incident tab of Registry and activities deactivate some record or records that appears
I am not sure I follow what you are asking here. Is there a specific field you want to remove from the incident detail form in Service Desk? OR maybe this is for another product?

Eva, there is out of box no way to deactivate a record in the list_alg.htmpl file as there is no active/delete_flag attribute for the alg object. It is possible if customize the list_alg.htmpl file and detail_alg.htmpl file, after adding a custom zactive attribute. As for removing the whole tab(if I understand right), you can simply customize detail_in.htmpl and delete the tab. Thanks _Chi
