Please specify the following:
- What specifically should this dashboard entry be depicting regarding the "incident transfer from" and "incident transfer to" columns. Are these columns depicting a given contact record that the incident was transferred from and/or transferred to? Is it a date stamp value?
- Please provide further details about this dashboard. Is it a display of records in Service Desk on the list_in.htmpl form? Is it a custom Jasper report? Are you building this from an existing source or is this a completely new display being developed?
- What happens if a given incident has been transferred multiple times? For instance, for incident 1234, if it had been transferred 5 times, should there be 5 separate entries for each instance that the same incident was transferred?
Finally, you mentioned something about " two series open tickets and close tickets " cases concerning this. What were those cases? Do you have their ticket numbers available?
