Can you help me with get method, which can help us get the ca service desk ticket detail for specific group.

GET :  http://servicedesk:8050/caisd-rest/in?WC=status%3D'Op'

this gives us the correct result but when we are using below uri we don't get any result .

Get : http://servicedesk:8050/caisd-rest/in?WC=status%3D'Op'%20and%20group%3D'Help Desk'

hi,

i havent experience in rest but as it should be regular sql condition, this one might work:

// input string: status = 'OP' AND group.last_name like 'Help Desk'
// escaped:
/in?WC=status%20%3D%20%27OP%27%20AND%20group.last_name%20like%20%27Help%20Desk%27
