    Hi All

    Does anyone have experience with CA xFlow integrated authentication using Windows authentication ?

     

    Enviroment : 

    CA ITSM 17.0

    Microsoft Active Directory 2008

    Xflow config with Ms IIS 

    OS - WIndows 2012

    DB - Microsoft Sql Server 2012

    You're correct. 

     

    I solved using this KB.. Thank you again..

     

    Only a information .. The application.conf in the "searchserver" doesn't have information about "Authentications". The information changed only in the "%incidentmicroservice%" : 

     

    #Choose one of the authentication mechanism. Possible values are BASIC, NTLM, SSO - read from database
    authenticationtype= "NTLM"

    #For SSO authentication choose artifact type. Possible values are COOKIE, HEADER, PARAMETER, REQUEST - read from database
    SSOArtifactType = "HEADER"

    #Specifies what challenge to use. Options are Negotiate and NTLM. Default is Negotiate. - read from database
    ntlmmodule.challenge = "NTLM"

     

    Restart the Xflow services:

    CA Service Management Search Server [Server 2]

    CA Collaboration Server [Server 1]

    CA Xflow Analytic Interface [Server 1]
