CA Service Management

The requirement here is to remove few hundreds of users from Service Catalog (SVC) use completely but they should be able to access Service Desk 14.1 (SDM) normally. CA SDM and SVC uses CA EEM to authenticate and authorize users, which is integrated with an external directory.

Is there a recommended way to achieve this requirement and any known issues around this?

Since Catalog and SDM share the ca_contact table for contact informations, my guess is that you cannot achieve this.

That makes sense and have the same understanding. Just trying my luck from this amazing community...
