Dear ITAM Team

We have APM and SAM integrated running in our environment. To discover the devices/machines/softwares in ITAM present in entire organisaion we need to integrate ITAM with CA CLient Automation(formerly itcm) to r get all the devices information in ITAM. 

What is the way to integrate ITAM with CLient AUtomation? 

Please advise.

Hi Aamir, 

When SAM is integrated with ITAM, then you do not integrate Client Automation (ITCM) with ITAM (ie, they should NOT share the same mdb either.) 

Integrate Client Automation with SAM by creating 'connectors' that bring in the data from Client Automation to SAM.

That is a very big question!  You should contact your CA account representative to arrange for CA Software Asset Manager training, as all of this is covered during the training.
