  • 1.  cisco_monitor in nimsoft is not detecting cpu profiles for certain switches

    Hi,

    For certain network switches the cpu (all 3 - last 1 min, 5 min, 5 sec) which was available earlier in monitoring in cisco_monitor probe is unavailable now, please share your thoughts here.

    Did this issue start after an upgrade of the probe? What version did you upgrade from?

    I scanned the release notes but don't see any mentions of CPU metric collection changes in the last few releases.

     

    Have you checked the log file? Do you see any errors related to qos metric collection/polling?

    Have you done IOS upgrade ?
