Hi

I've a weird issue when checking with the audit trial. The audit trial should be displaying value before and value after when navigate to Audit trial page in the investment within CA PPM. But when I check the audit trial, I get blank values. So, I tried to check at the back end - and the audit table holds the raw_value_before and raw_value_after values and only the value before and value after fields are blank in audit table. 

Any idea or insight into this would be of great help! Thanks in advance.

Which CA PPM version?

If you see that also in the db it is not related to the browser used, nor the user or rights.

It's CA PPM 15.2 on demand.  It's a custom build built field - a lookup value. The raw_value_before and after holds back end value of lookup values. Jeevan.B urmas

No, it's not a TSV.

Does it happen to be a parameterized lookup? If so, see KB: Clarity: Audit trail shows no value for parameterized lookup
