  • 1.  CA SDM 14.2 Apache tomcat upgradation

    Hi Team,

    We are using CA SDM 14.2 cp2.

    Client has below question

    We need to upgrade Apache Tomcat 7.0.60 or later version,due to vulnerability in older version.

    Please confirm the possibilities,if yes please provide us the steps to upgrade in CA SDM 14.2.

    Are there any specific procedure need to be followed while upgrading.

    Vijay,

     

    Steps to upgrade Tomcat to 8.5.X is located here:

     

    Install and Configure Apache Tomcat 8.5.16. - CA Service Management - 14.1 - CA Technologies Documentation 

     

    There are no specific differences if you are using cumulative 2.

    See the following link for details on upgrading the Tomcat version in Service Desk 14.1. Note that the document references Tomcat 7.0.59 but the steps can be applied to later versions of Tomcat 7.x.xx.
