We have a user who wants to add Allocation segments on to a project that they then want to turn into a template

When the project is made a template the allocation segments are still there but no longer display on the Allocation Time Frame.

Also, when a project is created from the template the allocation segments are not being copied across, although this is not consistent as some have.

Does anyone know what the behaviour should be? 

We are On Premise 14.3

Team members (and thus allocations on them), won't be copied from a template to a project, if the account that is creating the project does not have access rights over resources. May be that is the reason, you see inconsistency there.
