I have one requirement to integrate two instance of CA Nimsoft (UMP) with CA Service desk manager.
CA SDM 12.6 version is already integrated with CA UMP 7.1 version for ticket creation.
Now there is one requirement to integrate the CA UMP 8.4 version to same CA SDM 12.6 version. So in this case CA SDM will be integrated with two difference instance of UMP application server for ticket creation.
Please let me know , if this solution is doable or feasible.
