Facing an issue while clicking on populate or add task button in the timesheet. The page is going loading status forever.
Just a guess, can it be because of a time entry lock?
Is this new behaviour? (has it just started happening, what has changed in your system since it was "working OK"?)
Is your system on-demand or on-premise? (which version)
When we click "Add Task" or "Populate" a fairly complex SQL statement is executed - if you are on-premise you can check your database is "behaving" (i.e. performing OK).
Its a new behavior, there is no changes done to the system newly after the behavior has been noted.
14.3 patch 9 , its on-premise system.
Ok well I would be looking at the database to see what was happening, as well as the application log files to see if there are any relevant messages.
Could you share the bg-ca and app-ca logs at the point of time when you click on task/populate button?
