DX NetOps

When i try to start the Alarm Notifier, everything is ok, but when i try to put the cmd line "mail -h hostname -u username -my domain name" i received an error which says there is something wrong,

And when i start the Alarm Notifier, i received an error with every notification

Does anyone know  what's wrong?

Please verify whether the following programs were installed in Control Panel --> Programs and Features:

- Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) - 12.0.30501
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x64) - 12.0.30501

If not, install them from $SPECROOT/Install-Tools/ directory:

vcredist_x86.exe

vcredist_x64.exe

Is the "infocor" user the Spectrum Install Owner account? 

Check in the $SPECROOT/.installrc file.

I checked the information you said and yes, i already have the programs installed and the infocor user is the owner.

Did the sxstrace command line help?

It seems the problem is caused by Microsoft Visual C++ version.

What is the version of your Windows?

I noticed you recently installed another version of MS Visual C++.

Hello Silvio, yes, as you said i recently installed the versión 2013, but i have more.

Do you thing this is the problem?

SP is installed in a windows server 2008 R2

As per the first screenshot, these are the Visual C++ you have installed recently:

Are they being used by another application?

If not, can you uninstall them?
