We want to add some additional delay time in requests processing in a particular services.
Delay should be applicable only request to request.
Could you please guide us on how to implement it.

We actually have a Tactical Assertion called the 'Delay Assertion' which does exactly what you're looking for.... To receive Tactical Assertions, please open up a ticket with Support and specifying which version of the Gateway you're looking to have this for, and we'll be happy to provide the assertion as well as user documentation.
