    Hello Team,

There is an issue in CA SDM in which we are unable to update the warranty end date and expiration date of multiple devices.
We identified the root cause of the same, the updated attributes were unable to map in our database.

When we edit the CI and update the values and click on save. It saves the value and it also shows the updated values but as soon as we again click on edit it automatically populates the old values.

updated  values are not mapped in db, it is also not reflecting in the SQL logs but changes made on CI are reflected on Versioning.

If any one faced this issue in CA SDM 141. , let me know the troubleshooting steps.

    Hi Sunil,

For this one I would recommend opening a support case.  This is not something I have come across. An engineer needs to troubleshoot this with you to figure out why the data is not saving properly in the database.

    Thanks,
    Jon I.

    Thank you Jon .

A case has been registered (00923769) and it is forwarded  to the Engineering Team by CA Support Team.
