We one custom Field "Branch/SIte"on incident create on Employee Role like below
When we click ...we can see list of branches in the form of Hirarchy like below
THe same Custom Field "Branch/Site" is on ANalyst role also on Incident Form. But when we click on it to select the branches...its not coming in Hirarchy like we getting on EMployee role...its coming all the branches as a no.of list which making us time to select the correct branch of correct location.... Please advise how to make it same as employee....
Note that the Custom field attribute is same for both the fields.
