    Hi,

     

    I cant log a case with CA due to the attached error. Kindly assist.

    Hi Faheem, this is Anja from the Customer Assistance team. I've just had a look at your account and updated the settings. You should now be able to access the Case Management. Can you please check and confirm? Thank you. Regards, Anja
