Hi,

I have a requirement of using "NAS" probe auto operator tab.

I want to use the script tab functionality to send the alarms to a third party tool..
How can use this functionality of NAS probe to send the alarms to a third party tool.

And also the script tab in NAS probe is disabled so how can I enable it.

Scripts tab in NAS:Auto-Operator tab is greyed out, and inaccessible 

So we would need more information on how your third party can RECEIVE alarms.

Usually most clients would use one of our gateway probes rather than do something with lua scripts.

We are trying to export the CA UIM alarms through Rest services and provide it to a third party tool.

So we have enabled the webservices_rest package on our environment.

So we want to include the script in the script tab of auto operator and send the alarms.

Please provide me inputs.

Sorry that really does not make sense to me....

Why are you not just having the third party tool make a rest call to the ump reset services and parse the information needed?

You still have not explained what format the third party tool needs the alarms in so can not really provide any further details
