Symantec Access Management

Hello Directory Community.

After installing CA Directory 12.6 SP4 Management UI in Windows Server 2012 I cannot use it and its service (DXmgmtUIservice) status is "Paused". I know it's something about permissions in Win 2012, but there's not enough documentation about it. What can I do?

Hello Tobias,

If this is a fresh install I would recommend reviewing the install log and seeing if there is any alarming error messages. Otherwise I would recommend reviewing the Management UI log and seeing why it is failing to start.

CA directory 14.0 managementui was working fine until yesterday. I see below messages logs. I cannot access the managementui via any browser -- IE, chrome etc.  Please advise !
