Tech Tip:  Resolving Credential Reports Not Working After Upgrade To 3.0.2

If you have problems running Credential Reports after upgrading to 3.0.2 you should check the Time Zone Setting.  There are two places to do so, on the Global Settings page and for the individual user.  On the Global Settings page, ensure that the Time Zone Region is UTC.  The time zone can also be changed by individual users.  Click the name, next to Sysinfo, and then click the Preference tab.  Make sure the Time Zone Region is set to UTC here too.  After doing so, try running the reports again.  If it still doesn't work please open a Support ticket.
