    Hi Team,

     

        I'm new for CA Business Service Insight Application. We have installed CA BSI 8.35, but we don't know how to configure CA BSI 8.3.5. If anyone configured CA BSI, Kindly help us to configure CA BSI for the SLA purpose.

    Have you already reviewed the BSI documentation at CA Business Service Insight - CA Business Service Insight - 8.3.5 - CA Technologies Documentation 

     

    What exactly are you attempting to configure within BSI?
