  • 1.  Wrong Time Format in CA ITCA Patch Deployment

    Hi Team,

     

      We are deploying patches through CA ITCA Patch Management tools for end user machines.

      The patch deployed time in the software jobs shown as installed time.

      But when we are seeing the same machine under the system updates it is showing as 12.00 am.

      When we are generating the report installed date of the patches also shows as 12.00 am

    You might have to enter a case for that.

     

    We would have to do more research

    Hi Arun,

     

    I have the same behaviour on my machine :

     

     

    System Updates inventory is collected using following WMI query :

     

    SELECT * FROM Win32_QuickFixEngineering

     

    Inside this class, the Install Date is stored but not the time.

     

    We could confirm this by checking Installed Updates under "Control Panel/Programs/Program and Features/Installed Updates" :

     

     

     

    As the install time is not stored by Windows, it appears as 12:00am In ITCM inventory.
