how to update ticket number generated in third party tool back to respective alert in CAUIM?

Hi ,

 

We have CA UIM integration with third party ticketing tool., when we get alerts ticket gets open. It is attached queue based integration, third party system reads the alerts from attached queue.

I need to know how those respective tickets number to be updated back to CA UIM alerts.

Is there any interface or API  which can help?
