  • 1.  How to suppres SUBCHEK msgs CAY6401I and CAY6000

    Dear Community,

     

    i am still getting CAY6401I and CAY6000 after TSO SUB cmd and i need to suppress them .... i cannot find it nowhere in the CA JCLcheck manuals .... can you please help ?

    The msgs :

    CAY6000 NO STATEMENTS FLAGGED IN JOB 'xxxxxxxx' MAXIMUM SEVERITY WAS 0
    CAY6401I NO ERRORS FOUND JCL WILL BE SUBMITTED

     You can use runtime option MCOSYS and MCOUSR to change the severity level or suppress a message without having to apply an usermod .  Below is link for tech doc TEC473738 entitled 'CA JCLCheck WA Message Control Option to change severity levels for messages' with details on how to change the severity level or suppress messages:
