    Hi Vaibhav,

Policy Store vendor and version ?

If you are configuring with CA Directory ?

Check the below steps are performed.

Create the Base Tree Structure for Policy Store Data & Create a Superuser Administrator for the DSA & Point the Policy Server to the Policy Store

Vaibhav,    Assuming you're using smreg command (as mentioned earlier by Ram); are you?  From smconsole, go to the data tab.  Then select Key Store from the drop down menu.  Make sure that the Flag "Use Policy store" is selected (as your key store may be part of your policy store).  Now try the smreg command  again.  Let us know. Also, please send/ share your screenshot as Shankar pointed out.
    Regards.- Vijay

    Hi Vaibhav,

    Was it worked before?

Are you creating Policy store manually? If So, what is the policy store data base?

    Can you share the smps.log?

    Thanks,

    Shankar.

Hi Vaibahv - Also check the platform support matrix to confirm you are using the right versions for policy store database.

As per your issue description - The policy store could not be initialized

Can you test the connectivity from Management console to Policy store and confirm?

Also can you confirm policy server is up and running?
