CA Client Automation

  • 1.  Error Download Software Contents

    Hi all

    We have an implementation of CA Client Automation 14.02 in a Windows 2012 R2 Standard environment with remote SQL Server 2012 R2 Std.

    The Domain Manager was configured to download software contents for signatures and Patch Manager with Proxy Server and 5250 port (the url was already validated).

    After restart the CIC to take the changes the task give ERROR, we check the cic.log and catch the next message error: "Content Server URL is invalid".

    In the KB found the KD https://support.ca.com/us/knowledge-base-articles.tec1769107.html but not is the solution.

    We're attach screenshots of the errors and configurations.
