Could someone share steps to raise a support ticket.
You can follow the below steps to create a support ticket.
-> please go to support site - https://support.ca.com
-> Sign in to the site
-> Click on Case Management -> Create New Case
You get the screen as shown below.
-> In this, select service virtualization under PRODUCT by typing service virtualization and you should see the product name come up.
-> Choose appropriate Severity and enter the title
-> Under Description, please provide issue details along with operating system, product version and other environment details.
-> Attach the appropriate log files / screenshots to the ticket.
