  • 1.  Request Workflow task notification can not populate data

    Hi Team

    Request Workflow task notification can not populate data. In the message template body, the following has been used. Service Request @{call_req_id.ref_num} Pending for your approval. Reported by: @{call_req_id.log_agent.combo_name} Affected Contact: @{call_req_id.customer.combo_name} Priority: @{call_req_id.priority.sym} Description: @{call_req_id.description} .

    I also tried, Service Request @{ref_num} Pending for your approval. Reported by: @{log_agent.combo_name} Affected Contact: @{customer.combo_name} Priority: @{priority.sym} Description: @{description}.

     

    But In email, no data is getting populated.only blank fields.

    Since the message is being sent from the context of a 'cr_wf' object, in which the ticket attribute is 'cr' - see the output from "bop_sinfo -d cr_wf" - you should find that '@{cr.ref_num}' gives you the ticket number, and similarly for the other fields.
