    Question
I understand that smKeyMarker4 in AgentKey Object will be used to differentiate the keys. As you have confirmed, smCommandData4 in AgentCommand will contain AgentKeys (presuming it will have all 4 agent keys). My doubt is, how are we differentiating the 4 keys which are in a single attribute i.e., smCommandData4 of AgentKey? Will it have parameter name as well (or) are we using any delimiter? In case, if we decrypt the value of smCommandData4, how will it look like?

    Hi Dhilip,

How would it help you even if we disclose these internal specifics?

I think for security reasons it is best not to provide such internal implimentation details here.

    Hi Ujwol,

I am just curious to know (in detail) about the product which I am using everyday.

In case, if this cannot be shared for security reasons, no problem.

But, I could see that you have used the term 'here'. So, is it possible to obtain these details if I raise a support ticket?

    Regards,

    Dhilip
