  • 1.  Problema al monitorear el agent del server

    Hola, ya instale IntroscopeDotNetAgentInstall64_10.5.2.24 en mi servidor, al momento de ver en la pagina web (ApmServer)  veo el server instalado,   pero no monitorea nada de mis aplicaciones .NET solo puedo ver el perfmonCollector

     

    ¿Como puedo solucionar este problema?

    When you see a red indicator, that means the metrics generated by that agent has been clamped. The default is shown in the APM Console and in <em_home>/config/apm-events-thresholds-config.xml.

    Well I can understand the problem but I can't reply in Spanish.

    For host NT6729 where applications are greyed out, this is normal .NET agent behaviour, no one is currently using the applications, until they do that, no data is reporting.

    For host NT6095, the PerfmonCollectorAgent has a metric clamp, so you either need to reduce the amount of data it reports, or increase the agent metric clamp.

    On that machine, again maybe there are no requests at all to the application hosted on that machine.

    Otherwise make sure you have run the wilypermissions.exe so that the relevant users under which IIS is running will have the correct permissions to our agent folder.

    Alredy run the file wilypermissions.exe

     

    The nativeprofiler_wilypermissions.exe file indicates the following

    ------ Application wilypermissions.exe is not an IIS process ----

     

    The IIS restart has already taken place, the IIS services have been invoked and still no monitoring of the .NET process 

    That could be happening?

    What was the output when you ran wilypermissions.exe? Did you follow the directions to add any additional groups to the appropriate local groups? Did you check the folder permissions where your agent is installed?
