    How do I open a change request from an approved request?

    Not sure on what you are looking for?

    Are you looking from Catalog or Service desk.

    In Service Desk you will just click the Create Change Order buttom at the top right of you request window.

    In Catalog, you decide that as part of your PAM workflow.
