  • 1.  Can DE reuse the license by replacing AE?

    Hi.

    Actually our customer have been using WA AE and if the customer wants to use DE,

    Should he buy a new DE license ? or Can he reuse DE instead of AE license?

     

    Please let me know if you have any cases about this.

    Hi,

    The licensing is based on agents.  Both AE and DE licenses are based on agents.  If you move from AE to DE, you will have to move the licenses, so that you can add agents in DE.   I will suggest that you contact our Customer Service Representative for more information on how to move the licensing.  You can reach them at 1-800-225-5224.

    I would ask why would they move from AutoSys to DE?
