DXI APM SaaS Console Not Loading

If you are experiencing a spinner when trying to load the SaaS APM Console (cloud.ca.com) you will need to do a "force refresh" of your browser.

 

Chrome: Shift+Refresh

Firefox: Ctrl+Reload(or F5)

Safari: Command+Refresh

 

This is caused by a UI extensions timer timeout issue that will be resolved before the end of today.
