As a Portfolio Manager, I want to be able to track an idea from the PPM backlog into an initiative in CA Agile Central so that I can track the status of work initiated in CA PPM and thru Portfolio Kanban in Agile Central. How can we achieve this?
You need to create a webservice based integration from either of these products
- From Agile Central use the CA PPM's SOAP APIs to read the "ideas" and create them in AC.
- From PPM, you can create a process that can be executed on demand or on based on creation/update to an idea which can invoke the required Agile Central REST APIs to create/update the initiative in AC
